Freeview Streaming app for LG TV faulty

Have a 2018 LG 50" TV. Most apps work fine (TVNZ+, Three Now, Al Jazeera Netflix etc), and I installed the newest Freeview Streaming app from the LG Content Store.The app loads and we get to the notification that there is no longer any On-Demand sopport.So far, so good.Then we click the "OK" and the TV switches over to NORMAL (sattelite) TV.Nooo, I don't have a satellite dish!
