Freeview on Satellite

When Freeview on satellite every so often half the screen goes grey for a about 5 seconds. It has also happened that I have had a fill black screen as well. How do I fix this issue

"It looks like your channel selections are not grabbing the channel from Satellite, Have you gone into the settings and made sure that you are getting channels via the Satellite Dish.
You may need to consult your manual for more details

When Freeview on satellite every so often half the screen goes grey for a about 5 seconds. It has also happened that I have had a fill black screen as well. How do I fix this issue
