Unable to log into freeview.
Yesterday (16/12/2019), we tried to watch a program on freeview however we had suddenly been logged out. We tried to sign in again but it would not accept the password. We have tried resetting the password and creating new accounts, all of which have not worked. We keep getting the same message saying the password or email is invalid.
