Subtitles on On Demand

It is really dissappointing that most on-demand material doesn't have subtitles available. It is particularly annoying for some of the high quality drama that is available. It is an issue for hearing impaired viewers that makes it almost impossible to follow some content.  I see that some of the programming has subtitles when you view on a device.I don't see any technical issue, as most streaming services can and do provide subtitles. Comments/suggestions?See More
