Hi,

I have 2 Samsung F Series TV's that no longer play shows on the TVNZ App.  We can log in, scroll to our show and click it to play, then it just sits there doing nothing but having a loading symbol in the middle of the screen.

I have done the usual power off power on, check for updates for the TV - its up to date.  I've checked for updates on the Samsung Apps page but it won't let me try and reload the app because its one that the TV came with -says that all apps are up to date.

I would hate to think that my TVs are already obsolete!  Any ideas (not go buy a new TV!)?

What ive noticed is that after a year TV manufacturers stop supporting their TVs. Possibly in the hope that you buy a new one. This is why I advise everybody to buy a TV that has android built-in.
