No freeview signal from a dish that receives Sky

I  have purchased a Panasonic freeview recorder. On swapping the dish connector from Sky to the new recorder, the new recorder reports no signal. Returning to Sky, it still works

The Sky Signal check shows...

While the Panasonic signal review shows...

Any thoughts appreciated.

Try changing LNB frequency to 10750

Try the LNB change and this may fix your issue.
