lost tv channels when trying to delete one channel, deleted all

I was trying to delete a tv channel and all I can get now is radio channels.I ended up deleting all TV.I tried to default back but it is asking me for a pin code which I don't know.

It is an Ultraplus F-9000HD PVR Satellite receiver. Can anyone help me?

Default pin is usually 0000
