Satellite HD

When will Freeview Satellite upgrade to HD?

I believe a Freeview spokesman said in 2016 that this could happen withing two years.

Hi Peter

HD would be a welcomed addition to the Satellite platform. However it is up to the individual broadcasters to decide to have HD on Satellite. I would suggest getting in touch with them. 

It would look great on that HDTV though!
