What USB are you using? A USB stick or Portable Hard Drive?

Josh

Portable hard drive; hav e checked everthing & all appears to be ok.  On booting up Freeview, shows that USB drive is found;  Can't  access library thoughf

Does the drive work when connected to the computer, do you see a few folders on there relating to recording or have files that are showing (but can't access them)

Cheers, Josh

On pc, device manager shows device working okay. I uninstaller drivers & then updated them.  Cannot locate the action drive as doesn't show up on My Computer; only shows C  Drive. I KNOW THE freeview usb device is not for aged as fat32 or ntfs but should still be able to see it? Your input appreciated..

What Freeview device are you using? It might be best to contact them about this?

Regards, Josh

Ended up that the usb hdd was crook. Have put a new one on, reset freeview box and all ok. Many thanks for your help.
