sat transonic Prime issues
Seriously, I hate technology! Our sat transonic box after going through all the reset info and getting a nice strong signal refuses to scan as it already has this, " transponder set".
Of course when you go to check that information there still is no Prime anythings. I guess it needs factory rest procedures but of course it is the only manual we can not find after the 'shift'. What is with that? Hah!
All other channels are fine, it's really annoying when you miss you favourite programs. Help appreciated :-).

Before you try anything technical Have you tried channel 14? I woke this morning to find a message on 10 that prime had moved but then I found it on 14. Mind you my freeview is pretty basic ( TWH-S1 )
