Just installed our igloo box. It's been hit and miss. We have excellent freeview reception including prime but terrible\no igloo signal. We have a roof mounted uhf aerial.we did have fairly good picture for a day or two but now we have a pixilated picture or nothing. Do we need a new cable? A new aerial? Could it be the rain?

igloo needs more signal than freeview,about 3-4 more points

look in menu /diagnostics and see what the c/n figure is for igloo ch 30 and freeview ch 28,32,34,36
