Hi Jan

This might be due to a few reasons. However to establish the exact cause I will give you some troubleshooting tips to determine if the fault is temporary or if its an equipment issue.

1. Try retuning your Dish TV S7070, this may reload your radio channels back after a refreshed scan 

If the above fails to work then please check all TV Channels and ensure that you can receive each one without any reception issues.

thanks, could you point me in the right direction on how to retune my S7010PVR??

Sure thing just one question regarding your unit, you registered a Dish TV S7070 upon registration, can you confirm if you have the S7070 or the S7010PVR?

1. Press the “Menu” button on the remote to
   access the main menu.
   
   
2. Select the Setup Menu using the Left and
   Right arrow buttons and press “OK”
   
   
3. Select the “My Dish” menu.
   
   
4. Select “Optus D1” from the satellites list
   and press the blue button on your remote to scan

select tv 3,4 choice,sommet then menu--setup menu---my dish what satellite name appears? make sure 12456-H-22500 is there then rescan so should restore radios

why they left is anyones guess

5 radios on 12456,grooves 12671, cavalry 12546,tahu 12519,the edge 12581

Hi Jan,

Could you follow these instructions in the link, and let me know how you got on , if this fails then I suggest replacing your unit for a new model of Dish TV products
