Hi, we have freeview and I've followed the instructions you've posted ok I think. It says prime is in the channel 10 spot, but when I enter that in, it says that the setvice is not running or scramble. What have I missed?

Can you please provide me more information about what unit/make and model you have and what mode of Freeview are you using i.e. Satellite or UHF

Our unit is a Topfield TF 6000 Fe.  I'm not sure whether it's running off satelite or UHF.

Thanks for the info, from what I know and stated in the instructions last year, PRIME is not automatic scanned into Channel 10, You will find several PRIME channels on the bottom of your channel list, 

If you wish to move PRIME from the bottom of the list to Channel 10 then you will need to set this via the Organizing Services option when you press Menu on your remote and explore that, I am unaware on how to further do this, however if you want have a play around.
