One of many Issues I have with my Igloo as well . Tried 2 factory reset / rescans to find  Apna .

Biggest issue with my Igloo is the  3am aprox going into standby !!  Several attempts with Igloo support have failed to produce a cure for the ( auto standby )

Glad it's not just me then, perhaps an igloo software update is needed

Steve where are you , if you are in Whangarei going by Freeview's channel list it shows it is unavailable there but available everywhere else.

Also have an igloo box and have found if you are watching it at 3am push the OK button and it won't switch itself off , but if you use the back button it will switch off an hour later .

Also have you tried the Reboot to fix the issue with the channels after retuning

Kapiti and Aj is available on all other boxes and sets

No I'm not up at 3am to press buttons  , so now the HDD recorder is on another box

that behaves !!

Steve

Steve I have been told by Igloo this afternoon if you leave you box on Animal Planet the box should not switch itself off to do it's update thing at 3am

Thanks   will give that a try
