When I try to open TV1 or TV2 in freeview on the streaming platform sometimes it loads sometimes not and you get a black screen. My TV is a Samsung S7 about 3 years old. It is only capable of connecting to 2.4Ghz wireless home networks. Anyone else getting similar problems?

It's a Samsung Series 7 43 inch - I can't get to the model number at the moment but I think it's an R series from about 2018 - 2019. It does work with TVNZ and 3 sometimes but also seems to stop loading the stream with a blank screen at other times.

you need to Update your devices Software for TVNZ And restore the TV and start again with aerial in the TV and Turning with Auto Turn goto DTV
As u can update it Google play and Samsung firmware is needed for updates on all Devices you need to go into Settings for the upgrade and updates and restart
