Apologies about the late reply.

But we can confirm that this was indeed an issue on our side and we managed to get it resolved just after Easter. You probably already know this, but I just wanted to reaffirm that it was resolved.

Is anyone actually monitoring this forum? You need to have someone keeping an eye on this and updating not taking days or weeks to respond, instead of sending pointless amounts of money on a new logo. You haven't even mentioned that Al Jazeera has joined Freeview Satellite on your official info.
