Hello 

I am hoping that someone may be able to assist me with some issues that I am having with my new Dongle.  

I have a  Dish Tv Smart VU SV11 Dongle, which I am trying to Set up for the first time. To my TV,  I have found my WIFI and entered my password and It keeps saying that It is unable to connect to the internet.  I have ensured that All the details and password are correct.  Could anyone advise on how I could connect please.

It might be best to contact DISH TV and see if they are able to help assist with this issue,
