Sports channel

I am in Waitomo district and for the life of me i cannot get the sports channel on freeview, its supposed to be on the channel which was trackside and i could get that.  any ideas

Hi Shelley, 

You might need to refer to the user manual/guide on how to "Rescan" Channels, and by doing so you will see Sommet Sports in the line-up. 

If you are having issues or don't have the manual then let me know your Model name and number of your Satellite box and I could investigate further for you.

Sommet Sports is on Channel 14 so you will have to do a rescan if it hasn't come up  . Trackside was Channel 11 and there is nothing left there at all

Have you tried a rescan? Channel groups to scan listed here
