Why isnt prime plus 1 available on EPG so I can record programs?

Ever finding prime plus one on freeview satellite I can never record on it ahead or now ? It's not on the EPG and last night I tried to record manually by doing current record as I missed start of new Julia series on prime and came to watch today and not there? Anybody who knows what to do? Cheers

get prime +1 EPG on non approved sat boxes

I spoke to dish TV and they told me sky who own prime did not want to pay freeview for prime plus 1 to be on the guide. I can view on tv but cannot record it unless watching the channel. Many thanks for your assistance.
