Satellite, Southland.

OK. About a month ago I lost Prime.

I got it back. I added C4. I added Trackside. I got all of the channel numbers matched up. I got rid of all the extraneous duplicates, triplicates etc. All using the early version of the "helpful" instructions.

Yeah, I'm that good :))

Ever since then every few days I get an 'active service upgrade'. Nothing changes except that I've been given back all of the extraneous duplicates, triplicates etc that I had diligently removed.

Until four days ago when the 'active servive upgrade' deleted C4, moved Prime and Trackside down to channels 9 & 10 respectively and foisted on me yet another TVtwee at channel 11.

It's starting to look like the lunatics have taken over the asylum. Does anyone have the vaguest idea what's going on?

What is the make & model of your STB = (Set Top Box) ?

Hopefully this should stop when the OTA = (Over The Air) update stop broadcasting .

This is very odd and all the above are Sky/ FTA channels.

Box is a DS7500. Took the updates just dandy once I'd translated the instructions into something close to English.

I'm reluctant to add C4 again in the absense of any info about's going on. I'm not exactly having a breakdown over it. It's about as watchable as most of their offerings.

I'm just miffed that I got it and then they took it away from me for no apparent reason.

For those who still need to add Prime to the ZMX7500 or G7500:

The most recent version of "ZMX-7500 How to Add Prime" is dated 30 November 2013 and can be found at http://tinyurl.com/zinwell-nz .

I have had a number of test receivers (ZMX-7500 & G7500) running with C4, Prime & Trackside added and apart from one of the receivers adding the 3 other region copies of TV1 during Freeviews frequent service updates over the past week or so, the other receivers have remained stable with the current channel lineup.

Shouldn't this have its own thread?
