Wellington UHF reception deadspots?

Hi there, I have recently brought a new TV with built in freeview but get no signal n the TV when my UHF aerial is plugged in. (I have two UHF aerielsa nd neither work).  I am located in Mount Cook, Wellington and have heard that there are deadspots around Te Aro area? Has anybody had similar problems or confirm this is the case?

Could you receive any analogue UHF signals previously such as  Maori TV and Prime?
