Yesterday (16/12/2019), we tried to watch a program on freeview however we had suddenly been logged out. We tried to sign in again but it would not accept the password. We have tried resetting the password and creating new accounts, all of which have not worked. We keep getting the same message saying the password or email is invalid. And it's especially annoying that we have to re-type everything as well as being unable to see what we're typing into the password slot.

Currently this is still happening and I haven't been able to see any news on why this is happening. We have a LG smart TV with freeview that came with it.
