TV1&2...post 1 May Soniq challenge....
Hi guys, I live in Auckland and although i have re-tuned my TV multiple times since 1 May, i can no longer get TV1 or TV2.... I can get all the other channels. Can anyone help? Nothing I can find online gives me any answers to how i get these channels back. My Soniq TV model is: E32W13A-NZ (32" HD LED LCDTV)

Hi MappBoT, unfortunately Soniq hasn't supplied us the necessary retune instructions yet so best to call their support number tomorrow (see CHANNEL 500 > CONTACTS). TVNZ channels (ONE & TV2) are NOT affected by the restack.
Also try disconnecting your aerial cable, reconnect then retune. Thanks!
