Every time I try to log in I get message login or password not recognised. I tried setting up a new account using my email address but was told account already exists. Fine so I know my login is correct = my email address now I try changing the password in case I was using the wrong one and I get an email about changing password followed instructions do the new password but still no success Any help would be appreciated
