Hi All

We just got a Dish TV A2 recorder, I am unable to record single episodes or series link.  Last night I had a program scheduled to be recorded, but during program there was no sign of it recording.  When I look at the guide the selected program has a red dot to indicate recording, but when i go to the recording manager to view the program it's not there, it just says it scheduled to be recorded.  I also found I wasn't able to pause the program eventhough it's supposed to be live tv.  Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Also, is the box linked to the on demand app?  Last week there was a program i was trying to record but the box wasn't recording it and it also wasn't available on the on demand app until much later in the evening.
