Strong srt 4620 tried to get prime and accidentally deleted everything

Tried to help my mate with his Freeview dish get prime and accidentally lost all his channels. Just wondering what the settings are for Optus d1 and I can't seem to find an online manual for this old Freeview box. We live in Tauranga. Will get specfic details tomorrow

Its the same for all boxes

Tp 12456 sr22500 18v

     12483 

     12519

The LNB should be either 10750 or 11300
