SmartVU X double audio playing one out of sync on Freeview

Hi I installed Smart VU X to our TV HDMI yesterday and all is well except Freeview live seems to play the audio 'twice' - one track in sync and another with a few seconds delay over all channels. If you relaunch Freeview it works normally for a while but then returns after a few channel changes - any ideas or fixes thanks

Hi Richard,

That's not good to hear! Have you looked to see if the app needs updating in the Play Store and whether a update is needed on the SmartVu? If so then I would recommend updating those and trying the Freeview Live TV application again, if the issue persists please let me know and I can get our developers as well as DISH TV to investigate further.
