Hi,

I have had trouble with the box over the past few weeks (it wouldn't show prime or music channel (no signal message) so I did the first time install again and got these channels back.
What I find now is if I go to channel 2 and record a programme series, it also records the same programme on TV2+1.

This creates a problem when I wish to record other programmes at the time but it won't due to the other programmes recording.

How do I set it to record a series on a channel, but not the equivalent +1 channel?

I got the below response from Freeview, but this does not help as TV3 dropped off the other night, so I did a install again which deleted all my scheduled records. So with only one programme entered in, it still set to record the same on the +1 channel.

Your recorder will automatically book a recording on a Plus 1 channel if it cant start a recording on the live channel this can happen if theres a conflict with another recording or viewing session thats already booked or taking place.  For example, when you have a previous recording that has run overtime, or if the tuner is occupied with serving you content youre currently watching.

To avoid this, check that therere no bookings on other channels that might conflict at the start time of the programme you want to record on the live channel (delete those if therere, book your recording on the live channel then rebook those), or book the recording on the live channel manually using the timer record function."
