Since yesterday my recorded programmes have disappeared, they must be somewhere because it says I have used 86 GB. All my scheduled programmes are still there.I have turned it off at the wall but that doesn’t help.

hmmmm this is strange, what I can do is check with DISH TV and see what they say about this. Not normal at all  but I'll check in with them. 

Please allow 2 working days as I talk to the manufacturer,

An email ticket was submitted and you should have a email confirmation to note this, The DISH TV team will be in touch, there have been delays as I am aware due to the recent COVID19.
