radio station "The edge" missing please help

I have a hills Freeview HSMX-200 satellite receiver. about the start of September while I was away my Freeview stopped picking up the edge, I don't know if this is happening everywhere or not. Please help me get the edge back

If you are still having problems try this

Menu -> Setup -> Antenna Setup -> (PIN 0000) -> Satellite List Editor

Left Arrow <-- (to change Satellite to Asia Sat4)

Remove satellite [red button] (creates a free slot)

Add new satellite [green button] (creates satellite new sat)

Menu

Tuner Configuration

Left Arrow <-- (Change Satellite to new sat)

{check LNB local freq is set to 10750 or 11300 depending on you Lnb}

Menu

Transponder List Editor

Left Arrow <-- (change satellite to new sat)

Add new TP [green button]

Arrow down v to frequency

type in 12581
Press (OK)

Arrow down to Symbol rate

type in 22500
Press (OK)

Menu (Saves)

Press menu button and it will save the entry

Now go to the Scan option

Change to the following Satellite - new sat
Arrow down to start scanning option & press enter

This should pickup The Edge.
