Followed the instructions to update our S8200 and can now get Prime but it won't let us record. Says Code-2. Any ideas?

I remember during an earlier  retune the dishtv sat boxes had a code 2 error. nothing to do with the box. more a problem with the sky transmission talking to the freeview epg. 

I am having the same problem, Has been happening for a few days it says the epg is updating. Is there a fix yet???
