Panasonic viera not retuning some channels after May 1st

Hi

Our Panasonic viera has also not been able to retune in Prime, Choice, Maori, Sommet channels since May 1st either. Have tried both manual & autoscan, unplugging everything, then rescanning. We are in Tauranga, its very frustrating...

Hi Kerry, please try a manual scan (please see what Matt did earlier here, as suggested by the mighty awesome Biggles). And please also see troubleshooting tips here.
