Got a problem with receiving TV1 and TV2 when I tried to replace my Strong top box with a newer model.

We have had free view via dish for a number of years, no problem watching all channels, however I tried to replace the Strong unit with a "Dish TV " unit and hey presto no TV1 or TV2., ran blind scan, checked LNB settings, fitted my satellite  meter to lnb and adjusted to maximum signal > 14db/s./n ratio, s = 80% q= 98% but still no TV1 or TV2 , plugged old Strong unit back in ....tv1 and 2 all there any ideas ? got me beat !

What model is your  Dish TV ?

I have 2 Dish TV S7070r's and cant replicate this problem.

S7070R, I purchased another top box directly from Alkris (Their own brand), same issue ! seems there is something different in the set up somewhere, I returned the unit to Alkris, tried it in the showroom, same result , no TV1 or TV2, discussed the readings from my satellite meter, even tested it against their own meter, all good. The only top box that will work is the "Strong" unit.
They could not understand it either

Is your LNB a 10750 or 11300 ?

Is the Strong unit locking on to the correct frequency 12483Mhz 22500sps H For TV1 etc.

What firmware is the S7070r using (hold the INFO button down for 3 seconds)
