No options for Nelson/ Motueka on factory reset list

In trying to reset factory defaults, I lost all channels, and there is no option for the Nelson area on the reset list. Tried Wellington and West Coast, no joy... only get a maximum of 78% signal and no service ensues

sounds like a dish problem which a new box wont fix until the dish is attended to which is probably why did a factory reset

Just get a tech out, he can tell you where the problem is in 1 minute, hard to know where the problem lies without putting a meter on it.
