Have just purchased SV10 and yesterday on first plugging in the system Netflix wouldn’t work. Could login to my account but then it popped up with errors saying it won’t play. Now today the entire new unit won’t open, even with resetting the entire unit. It just pops up with the four ever changing little coloured icons to say google is loading. It never does! Anyone else having such issues? I think I might sent it back and get Apple TV!

Personally I wouldn't get an apple. It sounds more like not enough data getting to the dongle you need to remember their only small and stuck behind your TV. try moving your wifi closer or just getting a better reception by the TV.

It's very odd as the TV is very near the wifi port - and I have unlimited Fiber -so I think it might be the actual unit!

I have had similar issues and I would recommend contacting DISH TV SUPPORT here https://www.dishtv.co.nz/index.php?route=information/contact 

They will help you out, for me they had a look and replaced the unit
