Hi Jane
Please go back to the TP List and find something looking like 12519 H 22500 , There should be an option to scan for the channel it's either of the colour buttons.

PRIME RETUNE INSTRUCTIONS
• With your TV turned on to the correct input to watch your DSR15,
turn on the DSR15.
• Once you are viewing a normal TV channel press “Menu”
on your remote.
• Using the down arrow button on your remote go to the
“Installation” icon and press “OK” on the remote
• Tab down until the “TP list” is highlighted and press “OK”
Select 12519MHz 22500KS/s H (If this is available)
• Now press the BLUE button which is located near the bottom
of the remote
• An onscreen box will appear and the “OK” prompt will be
highlighted, ensure that the lines read:
• FTA only…..Yes (Try changing to ALL or Full)
• Scan channel….. TV & Radio
• Network search….. No (Try changing to On)
• Once you have checked that the prompts above are correct,
press “OK” on the remote and the receiver will now be
doing the search
• Once the search is complete go back to the “Main Menu” and
highlight “ Edit Channel List” and press OK
• Follow the onscreen prompts to move the new channels around
until they are in the order you want and save the channel line up
