Media read failure

I've had my S7090PVR box for awhile & lately when I watch some programs I have recorded it keeps coming up media read failure. How can I fix this problem as it freezers & it's driving me nuts

Do you problems with pixelation or drop outs while watching live tv ?

Media read failure is usually an indicator that the internal hard-drive is corrupt or starting to fail.

I don't have any problems watching TV. The library is taking longer to load so maybe it's dying .
