Lost the signal and can't seem to get it back

Tried to tune my KAON set top box to receive Prime, but somehow, I must have pushed the wrong button and lost the signal, so now I can't watch anything - not unless I can find a way to reconnect the satellite and get rid of the flashing signal shaped like a satellite dish with an X next to it.

Tried pushing every button on my Freeview remote and trying to make sense of everything, but nothing is happening. I'm not as technically minded as most people on here, so have absolutely no idea what's what, so anyone's help would be appreciated.

What is the model number? Lift the box up and check the model number on the bottom plate.

Do you mean a bottom plate made of metal? All I can see on the underside of my machine (besides four rubber feet and a stack of ventilation holes) is a barcode sticker.
