Maybe you have a faulty LNB or  trees blocking line of site , its very gusty here today and the neighbours trees interfere with our reception on days like today.

Did you have any problems with your STB before prime was moved to SKY/ FTA transponder ?

no there was never any problem with my channels prior to the changeover, very perplexing and i've just about had it up to my back teeth.
