That setting is usually only chosen if your lnb is drifting try 10750 Low 10750 High.

Then do a rescan.

Is your STB a S7070r or a S7070.

S7070r

Its a S7070r I had reception earlier but it has gone again, that was with the Low, High settings at10745

I think your LNB is past its best buy date.

You could try 10740 or 10760 but if its wandering that much it will eventually fail.

Look here for more info.

Its not that  old was only purchased brand new about 9 months ago? I have tried a mates old Freeview box and had no problems with reception, but had no Prime

You purchased the dish 9 months ago ?

The most common LNB are 10750 and 11300 the S7070R is set to 11300 by default.

Roughly about that time frame from Dick Smiths and installed by an approved installer

Have you changed the settings  in the receiver to a 10750 LNB ?

A nine month old LNB shouldn't be set to 10745.

Yes set to 10750 LNB and still coming up with no signal.

Did you scan again ?

I assume you have turned the receiver off at the wall ?
