Log in not working on tv - even though works on internet

Hi, I've read thru some posts but can't find an answer that works.
I use my email to login, I use my password, it tells me my password is incorrect. So i go to my computer and use the same details and i can log in. Why won't it log in on the tv.

I have even reset the password on the computer and then use that on the TV and it still tells me the password is wrong.

I have also started a new email with a new password on the computer, enter that into the TV and it still tells me I'm wrong.

It just feels like I'm going in circles and I can't watch any on demand. I mentioned it to my sister and she is having the same problem

Any help appreciated

I am having the same issues. Was watching on demand just yesterday, but tonight, its being a right pain.

FreeviewPlus have recently released a large update that combined all 3 OnDemand services into one app, this app requires you to create a Freeview account (this is separate to your TVNZ OnDemand account). 
You can register for your Freeview account with the same email address you use for your TVNZ login; however your TVNZ account is not linked to your Freeview one (we don't have the right to share your user info with one another).
