Lift up the unit. The model number should be on the bottom plate starting with a KSF, KPSF or KSC.

Once you have the model number, try the DTV Solutions Forum for instructions for the Kaon model. Forum link is: http://www.dtvs.co.nz/forum/

Thank you for telling me how to locate model number, it was a massive help as I could then follow the instructions to update my unit and I now can watch prime again.!!

After following Anil's instructions on how to find model number, I discovered that unit is the model you supplied instructions for.  Having followed them I have now successfully updated my satellite receiver and can now watch Prime.  Thank you very much for your help, I am very grateful as I watch a lot of programmes on Prime.
