So you've browsed the Discussion Forum and no joy on finding an answer?  Then ask the question yourself by adding a new discussion.

How?

First you need to Sign Up if you haven't already done so - it's easy and absolutely free. 

Then click on FORUM (this is in the Menu bar near the top of the page), this takes you to the Discussion Forum page, you will see a list of Categories on this page. 

Click on the Category suitable for your query, this takes you to the Discussion Category you've selected to post your question in.  If you don't see a suitable category for your question, click on the "Miscellaneous" category.

Click the "+Add" button near the top right of the Discussions section:

This takes you to the "Add a Discussion" page.

Enter a brief one-liner about your question in the Discussion Titlefield.

And type the details of your question (providing as much relevant information as... in the Posttextbox.  You can also add links, images, video clips and attach files to your post to help get your points across.

Once you're done - scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the red Preview button to have a look at what your post might look like; or just click on the red Savebutton to add the discussion.

And you're done. 

Now the tough part:  being patient while you wait for someone to come back with a solution - if no one else posts a reply within 24hrs, one of the Freeview Admins will.
