Just following online instructions...changing LNB type and TP Index ect

Do you know if your LNB is a 10750 or a 11300 ?

Unfortunately I've tried both. Only Prime plays when it is 11300. No other channels play still

If you follow the guide to tune in prime , but replace 12519 with 12483 at step 4 you  should get TV 1 TV 2 plus ones and Maori /Duke.

Yes I am trying that exact number but it won't save and it keeps going to 10929. Do u know how I can save it?

Ok try this instead follow the tune in prime guide , but at step 5 change NIT Search to ON

Sort of good news...I am getting channels after adding what you suggested and then doing a fresh scan. But all the channels are everywhere...is there any way I can tune in the channels where they are meant to be?

No you cant but you can re-order or delete unwanted channels under  Channel / TV Channel Manager.

Do you have all channels ?
