Hi, Have you tried a factory reset and start again? This usually should resolve any issues with signal. If the issue still persists then let me know and we can troubleshoot further.

Firstly you'll need to use your sky dish on a sat box, UHF won't work. If you've scanned and still have no channels there's got to be something faulty and you will have to go through the process of elimination. maybe just try plugging your UHF aerial straight into your TV and scan on digital.
