Freeview renote not working

Changed the batteries but stuck on one channel. Nothing works on it,volume etc. Help me please, sick of channel one

Try turning the receiver off at wall then back on.

If you want to see if remote is sending a signal point the remote at a digital camera / web cam phone... and you should see a flashing light.

If you still have issues with your remote you could try the following

Test different brands of batteries, ensure that the they are fitted in the right way.
If you still have your warranty valid we can replace the remote for you with no questions asked. Or we can have a check for you to see if there is a fault with the remote.
