We have purchased a new Samsung 50 inch TV Model UA50MU6100. When we select Freeview Ondemand from the apps the app loads and displays program selection but it is FROZEN and won't respond to any inputs.

Could be 1 of several things. Firsty whats your internet speed like? Ondemand hasn't got the same compression as Netflix or youtube so needs allot better bandwidth. Have you tried doing a software update or even a reboot of the TV might fix it.
