Data Base Empty [SOLVED]

I have just moved into a place. I connected my T1000 box to the tv. It searches for the programmes, saves the data...then says 'Database Empty'....not installing any tv programmes. When I was in the bay of plenty the tv (old 14 inch) it worked fine. Using a satellite dish?? One with the dish. (No im not tv savy :) Does anyone know why it is doing this. Thank You

If it's a DishTV T1000 then it won't work on a satellite dish. It's a terrestrial receiver which uses UHF antenna and you have to be in a UHF reception area.
