Channel 3 reset

How do you reset to receive channel 3 on an AKAI 12 volt TV run through a skybox on campervan. We can get channel 3plus 1 but not channel 3 . Any ideas out there?

Youll have to go into the menu and rescan TP 12456

Thanks have done that to no result we have sound but still no picture on Tp 12456. Have turned to standby then reengaged still no good.
