I hope you can help me please. Over the last couple of days I have been having trouble changing channels.  There is a long delay and sometimes it say "not allowed".  I have gone into menu and tried to do a factory reset but that and other applications are "not allowed" either.  I have also powered off but at this stage nothing works.  HELP please.  Josie

Hi Josie, what brand & model is your digital TV device?

Hi. Its a Satbox  S7070r.  It has played up in the past seems to be every time there is an update.  Thanks

Hi Josie, That's quite odd...I've relayed this to the Dish TV for you, being the device experts, they're the best source of info for why this might be happening.

Thank you very much. I have been intouch with Dish TV and they talked me through another reset. They said that someone had changed the settings but neither myself or my husband had done this. Anyway all good for now.  I mentioned to them about sw updates but they say that there haven't been any for the s7070 box. Strange because we get notice every now and then telling us one hss been done.  Trackside is now a channel of choice  which it wasnt before.  Josie
